Ticket Management
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you are unable to attend, please contact the festival organisers regarding ticket transfers.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be contacted with updated information and available options.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Printed tickets are not required. Tickets can be presented digitally or confirmed at the gate.
Arrival
What time do the gates open?
Festival gates open Monday 14 September for campers.
Can I arrive earlier in the week if I am camping?
Yes. Campers are welcome to arrive from Monday 14 September, with early-week activities beginning from Tuesday.
What time does the music start each day?
Professional artist performances run Friday through Sunday, with the Friday night concert beginning at approximately 5:30pm.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The festival takes place on a large rural property with plenty of space for vehicles and camping setups.
Camping & Accommodation
Is camping available at the festival?
Yes. The Bony Mountain Folk Festival offers on-site bush camping.
What camping options are available?
Bush camping is available for:
- Tents

- Motorhomes
- Fifth wheelers and large rigs
Do I need a separate camping ticket?
Camping arrangements are part of the festival experience. Please refer to the bookings page for details regarding camping access.
When can campers arrive and when must they leave?
Campers can arrive from Monday 14 September. Most attendees depart Monday 21 September, although extended stays may be arranged through festival HQ.
Are campsites allocated or first-come-first-served?
Camping is generally flexible bush camping with plenty of space available across the property.
Vehicles
Can I bring a caravan, camper trailer, or motorhome?
Yes. The property has ample space for caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes.
Can I park next to my campsite?
Yes. Vehicles can be parked with your camping setup.
Is there space for large rigs or buses?
Yes. The festival grounds span around 50 acres, allowing room for larger vehicles and setups.
Facilities
Are toilets and showers available?
Yes. The festival provides porta loos and showers, with showers available for $5 per use.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes. Campfires are permitted and firewood can be provided. Fire drums are also placed around the main stage area in the evenings.
Is drinking water available on site?
Yes. Both rainwater and bore water are available.
Are generators allowed?

Pets
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome at the festival.
Do pets need to be kept on a lead?
Yes. Dogs must be contained or kept on a lead due to surrounding wildlife. A dedicated dog run area will also be available.
